Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account on TennisSouvenirs.com and go to “Order History.”
- Select the order containing the item you wish to return and follow the instructions.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and further instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
